π‐Conjugated donor–acceptor systems based on dithiafulvene (DTF) donor units and various acceptor units have attracted attention for their linear and nonlinear optical properties. The reaction between p‐benzoquinone and a 1,3‐dithiole phosphonium salt, deprotonated by lithium hexamethyldisilazide (LiHMDS), gave a product mixture from which the Michael adduct [systematic name: dimethyl 2‐(3‐hydroxy‐6‐oxocyclohexa‐2,4‐dien‐1‐ylidene)‐2H‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate], C13H10O6S2, was isolated. It is likely that one of the unidentified products obtained previously by others from related reactions could be a similar Michael adduct.  相似文献

Blood oxygenation level-dependent (BOLD) functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is currently the dominant technique for non-invasive investigation of brain functions. One of the challenges with BOLD fMRI, particularly at high fields, is compensation for the effects of spatiotemporally varying magnetic field inhomogeneities (ΔB0) caused by normal subject respiration and, in some studies, movement of the subject during the scan to perform tasks related to the functional paradigm. The presence of ΔB0 during data acquisition distorts reconstructed images and introduces extraneous fluctuations in the fMRI time series that decrease the BOLD contrast-to-noise ratio. Optimization of the fMRI data-processing pipeline to compensate for geometric distortions is of paramount importance to ensure high quality of fMRI data. To investigate ΔB0 caused by subject movement, echo-planar imaging scans were collected with and without concurrent motion of a phantom arm. The phantom arm was constructed and moved by the experimenter to emulate forearm motions while subjects remained still and observed a visual stimulation paradigm. These data were then subjected to eight different combinations of preprocessing steps. The best preprocessing pipeline included navigator correction, a complex phase regressor and spatial smoothing. The synergy between navigator correction and phase regression reduced geometric distortions better than either step in isolation and preconditioned the data to make them more amenable to the benefits of spatial smoothing. The combination of these steps provided a 10% increase in t-statistics compared to only navigator correction and spatial smoothing and reduced the noise and false activations in regions where no legitimate effects would occur.  相似文献

Electron impact (EI) mass spectra of a selection of C1-C3 haloalkanes in helium nanodroplets have been recorded to determine if the helium solvent can significantly reduce molecular ion fragmentation. Haloalkanes were chosen for investigation because their EI mass spectra in the gas phase show extensive ion fragmentation. There is no evidence of any major softening effect in large helium droplets ( approximately 60 000 helium atoms), but some branching ratios are altered. In particular, channels requiring C-C bond fission or concerted processes leading to the ejection of hydrogen halide molecules are suppressed by helium solvation. Rapid cooling by the helium is not sufficient to account for all the differences between the helium droplet and gas phase mass spectra. It is also suggested that the formation of a solid "snowball" of helium around the molecular ion introduces a cage effect, which enhances those fragmentation channels that require minimal disruption to the helium cage for products to escape.  相似文献

We report the one-step syntheses in good yields of the complexes cis-[M(CO)4(pzpy)] {M = Mo, W; pzpy = ethyl[3-(2-pyridyl)-1-pyrazolyl]acetate} directly from the corresponding M(CO)6 starting materials by using microwave-assisted heating and reaction times of either 30 s (M = Mo) or 15 min (M = W). The structure of the molybdenum tetracarbonyl complex was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound is monomeric and the molybdenum atom has a highly distorted octahedral geometry. The close packing of the individual cis-[Mo(CO)4(pzpy)] species is essentially driven by the need to fill the space effectively, closely mediated by weak C-H-O and pi-pi interactions.  相似文献

Spectroscopic, crystallographic, and computational studies of the substituent distribution about the "NCN" unit in a series of phospha(III)- and phospha(V)-guanidines, R(2)PC{NR'}{NHR'} and R(2)P(E)C{NR'}{NHR'} (R = Ph, Cy; R' = (i)Pr, Cy; E = S, Se), are reported. In the phosphorus(III) systems, the P-diphenyl substituted compounds are observed as only one isomer, shown by NMR spectroscopy to be the E(syn)-(alpha) configuration. In contrast, the corresponding P-dicyclohexyl derivatives exist as a mixture of E(syn)-(alpha) and Z(anti) in solution. Spectroscopic techniques are unable to determine whether the latter isomer exists as the alpha- or beta-conformer relative to rotation about the P-C(amidine)() bond; however, DFT calculations indicate a low-energy structure for the N,N'-dimethyl model complex in the beta-conformation. In their oxidized sulfo and seleno forms, the P-diphenyl compounds are present as an interconverting equilibrium mixture of the E(syn)-(beta) and Z(syn)-(beta) isomers in solution ( approximately 3:2 ratio), whereas for the P-dicyclohexyl analogues, the latter configuration (in which the nitrogen substituents are in a more sterically unfavorably cisoid arrangement about the imine double bond) is the dominant form. Intramolecular E...HN (E = S, Se) interactions are observed in solution for the Z(syn)-(beta) configuration of both P-substituted species, characterized by J(SeH) coupling in the NMR spectrum for the P(V)-seleno compounds and a bathochromic shift of the NH absorption in the infrared spectrum. An X-ray crystallographic analysis of representative Ph(2)P(E)- and Cy(2)P(E)-substituted species shows exclusively the E(syn)-(beta) configuration for the P-diphenyl substituted compounds and the Z(syn)-(beta) form for the P-dicyclohexyl derivatives, independent of the chalcogen and the nitrogen substituents. Results from a DFT analysis of model compounds fail to identify a compelling electronic argument for the observed preferences in substituent orientation, suggesting that steric factors play an important role in determining the subtle energetic differences at work in these systems.  相似文献

The main subject of our study are spherical (weakly spherical) graphs, i.e. connected graphs fulfilling the condition that in each interval to each vertex there is exactly one (at least one, respectively) antipodal vertex. Our analysis concerns properties of these graphs especially in connection with convexity and also with hypercube graphs. We deal e.g. with the problem under what conditions all intervals of a spherical graph induce hypercubes and find a new characterization of hypercubes: G is a hypercube if and only if G is spherical and bipartite.  相似文献

The organotin-oxomolybdates [(R(3)Sn)(2)MoO(4)].n H(2)O (R=methyl, n-butyl, cyclohexyl, phenyl, benzyl) have been prepared and tested as catalysts for the oxidation of benzothiophene with aqueous hydrogen peroxide, at 35 degrees C and atmospheric pressure. In all cases, the 1,1-dioxide was the only observed product. The kinetic profiles depend on the nature of the tin-bound R group and also on the addition of a co-solvent. For the tribenzyltin derivative, the apparent activation energies for sulfoxidation as a function of the co-solvent are in the order 1,2-dichloroethane (5 kcal mol(-1))相似文献
